From the very start, Wagtail was designed with being #notordinarystorage in mind. Our intention was to create the most secure and customer friendly storage facility.

Our state-of-the-art security system ensures that the whole site is covered by high-definition security cameras with automatic numberplate recognition (ANPR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), supporting the manned security patrols and robust physical security across the site.

For clients, our goal was to take a Californian approach to customer experience, offering a supportive, individual approach to all of our customers.

Not an ordinary storage location

Alongside our determination to create the very best storage solutions, our location, set in the grounds of the historic Langley Priory Estate, was always going to be #notordinarystorage.

For us, this location is a key strength. Not only are we accessible from towns and cities across the East Midlands – including Loughborough, Castle Donington, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Melbourne and Derby – but our picturesque location is immaculately groomed, and provides our clients with an oasis of calm whenever they come to the site.

We are passionate about cultivating the surroundings and promoting wildlife, and even have our own Wagtail beehives, conserving honeybees and producing honey for our clients!

We rented a storage unit for around 2 years at Wagtail. We can't praise the setup at Wagtail highly enough. Fabulous security, everywhere is spotlessly clean and well kept and the opening hours couldn't be bettered. The staff are efficient and friendly and go out of their way to assist at all times. Our daughter is moving to the area from London soon - no prizes for guessing where she'll be storing her furniture when she first moves!
