Meet Helen, a longtime member of the Wagtail community who recently fulfilled her long-cherished dream of owning a motorhome to embark on unforgettable adventures with her family. Helen’s story is not only about her love for travel but also about the role Wagtail Storage played in making her dream a reality.
Helen has been part of the Wagtail community for over 15 years. In her earlier years, she worked as a catering and event manager at Langley Priory when it was a renowned wedding venue. Little did she know at the time that her connection with Wagtail would extend beyond her professional life, and help her to fulfil her dreams!
As a child, Helen and her husband both cherished their caravan adventures, and they wanted nothing more than to pass on those beautiful memories to their own children. They started with a small campervan, hoping to recreate the magic of their own childhood, but they soon realized that the cozy campervan was a bit too cramped for their family, feeling more like chaos than the serene getaways they had envisioned.
The answer was that they really needed a larger motorhome, providing the comfort and space they desired. But there was a significant challenge—keeping a motorhome at home was simply not feasible due to its size, and security concerns added to their worries. Helen’s sister had recently experienced the heartache of having her motorhome stolen from her own driveway, and she couldn’t contemplate the heartache of that happening a second time.
Just when Helen thought their dream might remain unfulfilled, fate intervened. Around the same time she acquired her motorhome, Wagtail Storage launched their brand-new, state-of-the-art caravan and motorhome storage yard. With her motorhome securely stored at Wagtail, Helen and her family embarked on their first trip together to the picturesque Wollacombe in North Devon.
